Managing Cravings.
To keep our body energetic , we need to provide proper nutrition. But in our daily hustle bustle , we ignore what we eat. It's not necessary to follow any robotic diet plans to keep our body energized. We need to simply listen to our body. And according to our daily schedule , we can manage our nutrition without any forceful meals or timings or calorie measurements. Our tummy craves. To keep it at peace , we should eat something whenever we feel little hungry at regular intervals. In this way , we can manage our hunger and avoid eating heavy meals. So we can maintain energy levels and also manage fat at the same time. Now you have to decide what to eat according to your needs. There should not compulsive rules which stresses our mind out. Our mind craves for taste. So the craving in Moderation is good for our mind and body. Excess is always bad. Some people try to control their cravings all at once and then cravings control them. Moderation is the only solution.
