Managing Cravings.

To keep our body energetic , we need to provide proper nutrition. But in our daily hustle bustle , we ignore what we eat.  It's not necessary to follow any robotic diet plans to keep our body energized. We need to simply listen to our body. And according to our daily schedule , we can manage our nutrition without any forceful meals or timings or calorie measurements. Our tummy craves. To keep it at peace , we should eat something whenever we feel little hungry at regular intervals. In this way , we can manage our hunger and avoid eating heavy meals. So we can maintain energy levels and also manage fat at the same time. Now you have to decide what to eat according to your needs. There should not compulsive rules which stresses our mind out. Our mind craves for taste. So the craving in Moderation is good for our mind and body. Excess is always bad. Some people try to control their cravings all at once and then cravings control them. Moderation is the only solution.

A Rumi's Quote.

 ' Yesterday I was clever So I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise , so I am changing myself '. Rumi tries to explain that there is a great great difference between cleverness and wisdom. Cleverness is something which comes from overconfidence and ego. But the wisdom comes when we keep aside our ego and appreciate what is right and true. Rumi was a man who had understood the reality of the existence. Such men try to make actual difference. Trying to change the people is a very foolish act and one should completely focus on changing himself. So when one changes, the actual impact it does on the rest of the world is very big. We can observe it through science or through a simple common sense. All his energy influences the another in a thousand possible ways. So when one starts to change himself, he himself does not know how much big difference it will make in our lives. But we underestimate this fact and live life as others are living in ignorance.
